Our Safety Measures with regard to Covid-19

Here at Australian Laser & Skin Clinics, our commitment to providing a safe and healthy clinic environment is and always has been a priority to us and our commitment to you. We wanted to take the opportunity to highlight and reassure you with this information, in light of the concern that you, our valued clients may have due to the recent developments surrounding COVID-19.

All of our team members are thoroughly trained to ensure we adhere to extremely strict cleaning and sterilisation procedures at all times. We have gone to the measures of appointing a Clinic Nurse audit manager to ensure that these processes are being met to the highest of levels. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Employees exercise strict hand-washing procedures, washing basins and taps are located in all treatment rooms should you wish to also access these during your treatment.
• Gloves are worn by staff at all times during treatments, and wherever necessary are changed throughout.
• We have strict protocols surrounding the immediate disposal of sharps, waste, and linen that has been touched or used by clients or staff during each treatment.
• Hospital-Grade disinfectant is used to thoroughly clean surfaces in treatment rooms after each treatment.
• You will find that our team members wear treatment masks during treatments, we can assure you that this is not due to illness, this has always been standard internal protocol and will continue.
• Hand sanitizer is used and readily available to all staff and clients in all of our clinic waiting areas and treatment rooms.
• Most materials used to clean and sterilise in treatment rooms are disposable and not re-used.

Our treatment times are set to ensure our team members are provided with adequate time to perform a thorough treatment, as well as properly clean and sterilise treatment rooms and equipment ready for the next client, as above.

In addition to this, all of our clinic shop fronts are located in very close proximity to parking, and you will not have to go inside shopping centres or malls to visit us.

We will be constantly working with our internal medical team to find any new ways to further protect our staff and clients during this unique and constantly developing situation we are being presented with.
