Purple Perks Loyalty Program T&C’s

• Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on any treatment or product
• Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
• Loyalty points earned will reflect the purchase price paid, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
• Loyalty points are non- transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Points do not have to be redeemed all at once
• Rewards points can only be redeemed on the treatments outlined by ALS and are subject to change every 6 months.
• Treatments redeemed from loyalty points must be redeemed at clinic where points where earned
• Rewards points doubled if you sign up during the month of May, eg. spend $50 get 100 rewards points
• Referral program points double during the month of May, refer a friend to Purple Perks and get 100 rewards points (normally 50)

• ALS will send reminders to you about redeeming your loyalty points through EDM’s or SMS

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.  
• Gift cards must be redeemed from the purchase location for any product or services, not transferable between clinics. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Australian Laser & Skin. 

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. 
• No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the card. 
• Gift card is only valid for the specified beneficiary name and is unable to be transferred without permission from Australian Laser & Skin.

Cosmetic Injectables – Standard Terms and Conditions: 

• Cosmetic injectable clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor) 
• Must be over 18 years old 
• A $50 deposit is required in advance for all anti-wrinkle treatment bookings. A $100 deposit is required for all dermal filler treatment bookings.  
• The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used. 
• Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon technicians’ assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary). 
• For legal reasons, the product names of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers cannot be used in advertising. – please contact any of our medical practitioners for further details. 
• Stock may vary from clinic to clinic – please contact any of our clinic locations for further details. 
• All treatment packages can only be used by one customer within one treatment appointment (all at one time). 
• Australian Laser & Skin medical practitioners, nurses and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat. 
• Australian Laser & Skin reserves the right to amend pricing at any time, check website for the latest pricing. 
• Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment. 
• Packages cannot be split over appointments

  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply.   • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.  
  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply. • Mono Threads – Extra-large area of 80 threads ($1,200)
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area.  
  • If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional costs will apply. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases an area but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.
